About the Group Worldwide Information Technology Organization : the beginning of the end !

The France Work Unions representatives of the IT subsidiary met in special session Monday, 22/11:
-issued a negative opinion on Phase I of the reorganization "EUSS" within ITSSC
-issued a negative opinion about the employees voluntary departure plan presented by the top management

In short:

The top management may start the France employees voluntary departure plan.

The top management may take actions in Phase I of the reorganization "EUSS", ie:
-Establishment of the first level of the organization EUSS: EUSS VP and Regional Directors.
-Implementation of Expanded Hubs

The top management must consult again the France Work Unions representatives on Phase II of the reorganization EUSS, see below, for illustrative purposes only:

-The establishment of organizations from EUSS teams ITSSC
-The establishment of the organization "France" under the Director EUSS France
-The establishment of the regional group ASC in France

Without falling into catastrophism, it is doubtful whether this restructuring would not be the start point of a dismantling of the IT subsidiary.

The Unions will pay particular attention to all employees:

• Employees ready for the Voluntary Departure Plan
• Staff wishing to stay working in the IT subsidiary
